BK Lashes Policies

The Policies listed below have been put in place to help you have the best experience possible. If you still have questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact me (916) 233-5998. It would be me pleasure to assist you.

BK LASHES SALON GUARANTEE

I guarantee your satisfaction with my work. If you have any concerns with the service you received, please contact me within 5 days of the appointment day and I will be happy to address any concerns you might have free of charge. If the 6 days have passed then the regular charge of $75 will be applied for a fill. Eyelash extension are not for everyone. This is very high maintenance beauty treatment. It requires very gentle care in order for the lashes to last long and stay in good condition. Once the lashes are attached you must not rub or pull on them. You must not wear any mascara or use eyelash curlers. This is a policy I proudly to offer to ensure your happiness!

ALLERGIES

If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please contact me immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you’ve experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and think you may have an allergy to my products, please let me know before your appointment. *Refunds are not given for allergic reactions, however, we will remove the lashes free of charge.

APPOINTMENT

Please arrive at least 5 minutes or more early for your appointment. No mascara and very clean your natural eyelashes with oil free makeup remover prior to your appointment.

You should always make an appointment to get your eyelash extensions ahead of time.

ARRIVING LATE FOR APPOINTMENT

Please notify me if you are running late for your appointment (5 minutes or more). Failure to do so may result in your service being altered to fit the remaining time available.

If you are at 15 minutes late and I have not heard from you then your appointment will be counted as a cancellation WITHIN the 8 hours deadline and fees may be applied to you for 50% of the service cost.

CANCELLATIONS

I require 8 hours notice if you have to cancel an appointment. If you fail to cancel before the 8 hours deadline, then fees may be applied to you for 50% of the service cost.

I accept cancellations by phone, text or in person.

I accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Debit and cash.
